La Pizza di Gastonello is the story of a converted pizzaiolo who now lives off his passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza! The ingredients are rigorously chosen for their freshness, and the dough is skilfully worked to make it as light as possible.

To stand out from the competition, the idea was to create an identity that was out of step with what we're used to see in this field, and to offer a world reminiscent of authentic Italian bistros.
